Snow on the outside, coffee on the inside.
Well well. What a crazy few months it has been! Months of organising, building, buying, calling and driving to get Snobs Coffee going.
There have been tears, stress and breakdowns! But also fits of laughter, joy, rainbows and nice things. Snobs Coffee is finally trading as of last week. Things will be a bit slow to start but we’re gearing up for a huge summer. We have already been approved for 3 festivals: The Essex Food and Wine festival, The Big Onion festival and the Chilli Fiesta. Can’t wait.
Our Snobs House blend is DELICIOUS. When I first tasted it proper from our Fracino machine I just thought “Yes. Finally.” Everything we had been working towards paid off in one single cup. This blend consists of a 4 bean mix from the Bahia, Cerrado, Mogiana and Sul de Minas regions of Brazil.
At the moment we are trading in Woodbridge on a Thursday so if you’re in the area or know of people who are, please come and have a delicious coffee. We will also be trading in Bury St Edmunds on Wednesdays (very soon) and Haverhill Friday and Saturdays. We will also be spotted at various Farmers markets around Suffolk on the weekends.
Colchester Farmers Market last Friday was a success. We were outside of the Arts centre which was freezing and people thought we’d drawn the short straw but actually we got a lot of passing trade so it worked out well. We’d love to trade there again.

Our single origin coffee from Deepmills Coffee company is an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. It reveals hints of chocolate and fragrant notes of citrus. A bright medium-light coffee.

Has bean 4 bean blend-delicious
This blend has been about for as long as Has Bean has been around (you try saying that after a few drinks). Has Bean Four Bean Blend is ultimately a filter coffee. It contains four of our favourite beans.

1-Maklawi Viphya Geisha
2-Costa Rica Cafetalera Zamorana fully washed
3-Brazil Sao Judas
4-Rwanda musassa
Great tasting coffee at a good price.
